You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have valid permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and promptly update it when it changes.

Amadezing may be used to create, edit, export, schedule, and publish lawful content for personal or business purposes.

You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform operations.

You retain ownership of content you upload or create. By using the service, you grant Amadezing a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate and improve the product.

You represent that you have all required rights to upload assets, prompts, and publication materials.

Certain features are credit-based. Credit usage, plan limits, and included allowances depend on your selected plan.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing period. Refunds, if any, are provided only where required by law or stated in an applicable policy.

If you use API keys, you are responsible for keeping keys confidential and for all usage under those keys. We may rotate, revoke, or limit keys to protect service integrity.

Third-party platforms and integrations are subject to their own terms. We are not liable for outages, policy changes, or restrictions imposed by external providers.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including beta or preview tools, with or without notice.

We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create legal risk, or compromise platform security.

You may stop using Amadezing at any time and cancel subscriptions through your billing settings.

Amadezing is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Amadezing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
